Resurrection Eggs

Ever heard of these? What a super-duper object lesson to reinforce the events of Passion Week!

I got the basic idea here, but I swapped a few of the verses.

Start by emptying an egg carton and decorating it.

Number 12 plastic eggs. Fill them with the appropriate objects...
...along with their corresponding Scripture verses.
for example: Egg #1 contains a plastic branch or leaf, along with Mark 11:7-10. It symbolizes Jesus' triumphal entry.

Place the eggs in their (numbered) spaces.


Olivia loves her Resurrection Eggs!
It'll be an exciting week, especially when we get to Egg #12!
Hint: It's EMPTY!!!
