I was excited to find this mortar & pestle at Kroger today, marked down from $6 to $1.50.
I'm putting it to good use tonight, making fresh guacamole to go along with our steak tacos.

My hubby made fresh pico de gallo and guacamole tonight. He made the guacamole different than usual. He didn't make it like a sauce/paste. It had chopped avacados and pico de gallo in it. We had it at a Mexican restaurant last year. It was called Guacamole Regional. Hubby did a great job of duplicating it.
