Coffee Punch

1 gallon strong coffee
2 cups sugar
1 quart whipping cream
1.5 quarts coffee-flavored ice cream

While coffee is still hot, stir in sugar until dissolved.  Refrigerate until cold.

In a large punch bowl, place ice cream and whipping cream.  Pour in the coffee.  Serve immediately.

Seriously?  SERIOUSLY?  SO good.
I served this for an evening Ladies' Christmas party--used decaf coffee instead of regular.  People raved about it, yay!  But sadly, I had only 2 measly leftover cups to bring home.

I suppose you could mix it up a bit... use flavored coffee or different flavors of ice cream.  FUN!
