For the sake of your mom's heart, we'll say that her legs just look long b/c how she is laying & the camera angle. :-)
I have the exact same thoughts about my nieces & nephews when I haven't seen them regularly. I have a ten year old nephew who is up to my shoulders already & I'm 5' 10"!
She is very long......wow!
They do seem to grow over night.
