Wow. After all the hubbub yesterday at the OB-GYN office, I was stunned to get a voicemail from my doctor around midday today. Here's the nutshell version:
"Karen, this is Dr. J. I am calling to apologize. I did some research from your point of view, and I found that your concerns are indeed legitimate. If you decline the injection, I am fine with that. Again, I'm sorry."
I am astounded. And grateful for her honesty.
