Someone gave us these two giant zucchini yesterday. (What's the plural of zucchini?) I've never done much with zucchini, so I intend to scour the 'net for recipes! Any suggestions?Meanwhile, enjoy this little video clip of Olivia, praying (without prompting from the mama!) for those whom she loves most.

Look like great zucchinis for stuffing. I got a good stuffed zucchini recipe off AllRecipes.com once. You could always grate it and freeze it for zucchini bread or muffins.
