Never "tire" of God's blessings

Pardon the pun in the title; let me share what God did for us last week.

We got a call Thursday night from Dennis, a man in our church. He asked Nate if we needed any new tires for our Jeep. Nate said he wasn't sure, but now that he thought about it... probably. Long story short--Dennis was trading in his Jeep for a minivan. He had just bought brand-new tires for his Jeep; in fact, they had fewer than 5,000 miles on them! He wanted the dealership to put brand-new tires on the van, but they refused. So he wasn't about to give them HIS brand-new tires!

Well, Dennis said he'd call Friday to let Nate know for sure. Sure enough, they zipped over to the tire place, where the techs switched all 4 tires in a jiffy. Dennis gave us a pair of shocks, too, which we definitely needed.

Evidently, Dennis paid several hundred dollars for these tires. We paid a meager $40 to have them changed. What a gracious God we serve! He blessed us even before we knew we needed it!
