Healthy Treat

I picked up these popsicle molds a month ago at the dollar store, and this week I finally used them! I made this healthy version of a popsicle the other day, and I plan to try it out as soon as Olivia goes down for a nap! I can't remember where I found the recipe--I looked at LOTS of sites before finding an easy & healthy one. These are strawberry yogurt pops.
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt (I used nonfat)
1/2 cup sugar
Blend well, and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze several hours.
Note: I used about 2 T. sugar, rather than 1/2 cup. Strawberries are sweet enough, if you ask me!
Anyone else have ideas for healthy sweet treats?

I love a good blueberry-banana-pineapple smoothie. But let me just say, that is one CLEAN FREEZER!

HA! I just typed "ndevr" as the word verification. Maybe it's a sign that I need to make my own freezer cleaning "ndevr"
