Taking a Break

I'm taking a break, because I deserve it. I've been working hard all morning! Now it's after 2, and I'm just now sitting down for a rest. I'm jealous of Trango... he looks so comfy lounging around. My turn is coming...

This is what's going on outside my house--literally, in my front yard! Our street is getting new water mains, and they've finally gotten to our house.

Here's how I found Olivia yesterday after she finally fell asleep. What a funny girl.

I'm doing great on my list--I've gotten the packages mail-ready, and I also decided to put together 2 more. Nate asked me to make a Wal-Mart run for him, so I did that as well. The chicken salad is made, and the upstairs is spiffed up. Olivia is getting ready for her nap, so I'm about to begin that joyous item on my list!

Wahoo for the self-feeder! I'm sure you'll enjoy this little video I snagged during lunch today.

she's so cute karen! LOL I love the little pony tail on top of her head.
congrats on making it through your list! i could work all day without a list and feel like i didn't get anything done...but if i have a list, and can check stuff off i feel so much better about my day!! I looove lists! Jackson loves avacado too! He didn't like egg yolks either at first - i think it was a texture thing, but he eats anything now. Hopefully it stays that way!

super cute! Isn't it great when they can eat on their own?! I love it! I know you're not supposed to, but I feed Aaron scrambled eggs. No allergy history in our family - and he likes those much better than plain egg yolk. (I was paranoid enough to only give him a teeny bite at first...)

that video is precious! Your livvie has an infectious smile! She's awesome at that self feeding; I don't think I can even pick up avocado pieces they're so stinking slippery. I LOVED the transition to self-feeding, just wait until she can use a spoon. Then you'll really have it made!

Btw, Chloe has that same shirt (just in a much bigger size). :) Is that your old care bear or a new one?
