Bad Karma

No, I don't believe in Karma, but we certainly have had major misfortune with our computers lately! Our brand-spankin' new computer bit the dust on Friday. After spending over 2 hours on the phone with tech support (another post in itself...grrrr!), Nate finally insisted that they ship a new tower out to us. Another 40 minutes on the phone this morning, and a tower is supposedly on its way. We'll see....

yep, Dell stinks at customer service. So sorry - hope your new tower arrives and performs beautifully for you!!!

yikes...i am sorry that you had to have such trauma!! look on the bright side...atleast you didn't have it stolen after purchasing it on ebay! that's our sad story! :)

That stinks big time!!! I haven't always been impressed with Dell either - hopefully you'll get the new tower soon and be up and running again!!!

Unfortunately, we also had a horrible experience with Dell. I would have "warned" you, but I honestly thought ours was a fluke! They ended up replacing our hard drive, and it hasn't given us any problems since, but the frustration was miserable, and it crashed in the midst of a slideshow dvd project I was making for Laura Grace's parents for Christmas! They didn't get the finished product until after Christmas, and it was very irritating, so I do understand!! Hope you have some luck with it SOON!
