A Garden in Pictures

I took the kids grocery shopping on Wednesday, and I found a cute little greenhouse kit 75% off. I couldn't pass up the teaching opportunity! So later that day, Wade planted his very first little flower garden... (almost) all by himself!

First, you have to put the peat pellets into the flower pots.

Then, add 2 teaspoons of water "to make the dirt grow."

Wait 5 minutes. This was the hardest part! Look at him, seed packets in hand!

Plant the seeds! This was only 6 days ago, and those little pots already have sprouts! He's so proud of them, and I'm proud of him. Way to grow, Wade!
